You don’t have to make sense of it alone
Maybe you’ve experienced something significant either in the past of recently that has moved you to seek support. Perhaps there isn’t a clear reason why life feels hard. Maybe from the outside you appear to be coping but inside it feels very different. Whatever the reason, you are welcome here.
You might be…
- Feeling anxious, overwhelmed or emotionally exhausted.
- Finding it difficult to switch off, even when you want to.
- Constantly putting other people’s needs before your own.
- Struggling with self-criticism or never quite feeling “good enough.”
- Repeating the same patterns in relationships and wondering why.
- Feeling disconnected from yourself or unsure what you really need.
- Feeling stuck despite having spent time trying to understand yourself
- Experiencing grief, loss, or significant life changes
- Exploring neurodivergence, including ADHD or autism and identity
If this feels familiar, you don’t have to work through it alone.
I offer a space to slow down and become curious about what’s happening beneath the surface. Together, we can gently explore your inner world and make sense of your experiences in a way that’s often difficult to do alone.
How therapy can help
Sometimes what we’re missing isn’t another explanation.
Sometimes what we’re missing is the experience of being deeply listened to, understood and metdifferently.
You may already have a good understanding of why you feel the way you do, yet still find yourself feeling stuck. While insight is an important part of therapy, I believe meaningful change often comes through experiencing yourself differently within a safe, accepting relationship. We are shaped by our relationships throughout life, and I believe healing can happen there too.
Over time, therapy can help you to:
- Manage anxiety and reduce emotional overwhelm
- Develop greater self-understanding and emotional awareness
- Understand recurring emotional and relationship patterns
- Improve self-esteem and relate to yourself with greater self-compassion
- Develop healthier boundaries and communicate your needs more confidently
- Feel more grounded, connected and able to trust yourself
- Improve your relationships with others
- Create meaningful and lasting change in your life
Whatever brings you to therapy, my hope is that you leave with a deeper understanding of yourself and a greater sense of choice, freedom and connection in your life.

Beginning Therapy
If something in this page has resonated with you, I’d be happy to hear from you. We can begin with a conversation about what’s been happening for you and whether working together feels like the right fit.
